We deliver every Tuesday evening after 5pm across Los Angeles County. Your bottles are kept refrigerated in coolers during transport. At delivery, they’re left at your door in a kraft bag. Please place them in the refrigerator within 2 hours of delivery to keep them fresh. We’ll send a text before delivery with your exact arrival time, and another once it’s been dropped off.

Keep them refrigerated. Heat them up in a microwave for about 1.5 minutes (lid and tag removed) or warm gently on the stove. Once opened, enjoy within 1 day for the best flavor and freshness.
Can I replace meals with Freya?
Yes, use them as a lighter meal swap or sip them as snacks or post-workout recovery.
When is the best time to drink Freya?
Anytime you need a reset. We love them mid-morning, after a workout, or as a light dinner.
How do I heat the bottles?
Heat them up - 1.5 minutes in the microwave (with the lid off and tag removed) or pour into a pot and warm on the stove. Your choice.
Are the bottles microwave-safe?
Yes - just remove the metal lid and tag first.
Are the meals vegan?
Yes! All Freya meals are 100% vegan, and made without any weird additives.
Where are the meals made and where do the ingredients come from?
They're made in our commercial kitchen right here in Los Angeles, with more than 90% of our fresh, organic produce sourced from local farms.
Are the containers recyclable?
Yes! Our bottles are fully recyclable, and we give you $1 credit for every bottle you return.
