Freya offers purchase options such as subscriptions and recurring deliveries to make it easier for customers to receive fresh soups regularly. By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase option, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout (for example weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) unless canceled in advance.

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. In your account, you can:

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
However, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing or delivery date.
If a cancellation request is submitted after an order has already been processed or prepared, that order cannot be canceled and will be delivered as scheduled.
Your subscription will then be canceled for all future deliveries.
Skipping or Rescheduling Deliveries
Customers may skip or reschedule upcoming deliveries through their account portal.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery to take effect for that order.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, the system will attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be successfully processed, the upcoming delivery may be paused or canceled until the payment method is updated.
Changes to Subscription Terms
Freya reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, delivery schedules, or terms. Customers will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
