Why we exist

So much of today’s food is overloaded with processed ingredients, hidden sugars, and factory-farmed protein. It affects how we feel every single day - our digestion, mood, energy, and long-term health.

We want to repair that connection. Our soups are made from organic vegetables, superfoods, herbs, and plant protein to bring your body back into balance. Every bottle is crafted to help you feel good while moving us all toward a more sustainable way of eating.

With over 30 years of plant-based cooking, Jose builds deep, comforting flavor from vegetables, superfoods, and time-tested techniques. No shortcuts. Just real food that nourishes.

John - Co-Founder, E-commerce

John is a co-founder and the problem-solver behind the scenes. He builds our online store and runs e-commerce subscriptions so everything feels simple, clear, and seamless.

Meg - Growth Partner

Meg is a close friend and trusted growth partner who supports Freya’s e-commerce strategy, helping improve conversion and long-term customer relationships.

Anthony - Retail Growth Partner
