Why we exist

So much of today’s food is overloaded with processed ingredients, hidden sugars, and factory-farmed protein. It affects how we feel every single day - our digestion, mood, energy, and long-term health.

We want to repair that connection. Our soups are made from organic vegetables, herbs, and plant protein to bring your body back into balance. Every bottle is crafted to help you feel good while moving us all toward a more sustainable way of eating.

Freya is inspired by a long tradition of herbalism, nutrition, and slow cooking. Our philosophy is simple:

How we do it

We partner with local organic and regenerative farmers, choose vegetables at their peak, and cook everything in small batches. Our soups deliver 10–20 grams of plant protein, low sodium, no added sugar, and nutrients that support digestion, immunity, and steady energy.
