Returns

Because Freya soups are fresh, perishable food products, we are unable to accept physical returns once an order has been delivered.

This policy helps ensure the highest standards of food safety and product quality.

Refunds & Replacements

If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • A product is missing from your order
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The soup arrived spoiled or unsafe to consume

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product
  • A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible due to the perishable nature of our products.

Bottle Return Program

Freya soups come in reusable glass bottles.

If you received your order through Freya local delivery, you may return empty bottles during your next delivery.

  • Customers receive $1 credit per returned bottle
  • Bottles must be clean and undamaged

Bottle returns are not available through retail stores.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled before they are prepared for delivery.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to:

  • Change flavors
  • Update delivery details
  • Cancel an order

Once orders are prepared or out for delivery, changes may not be possible.

If your delivery is delayed or you cannot locate your order, please contact us and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.
